At Cheshire Food Services, we have over 190 different varieties of meat but we take no more pride than in our Braising steak. Cut from the top meat, it is common knowledge that a braising steak is best cooked slowly, sometimes up to 2 hours to achieve a tender succulent taste. When our braising steak is cooking, it releases a full pot of flavour achieving the perfect tender and succulent finish to an already perfect braising steak. Cut into approximately 226gram (8oz) steaks and packed into 1kg packs, Cheshire Food Services braising steak are perfection.
